Your Impact
- Lead day-to-day kitchen operations during assigned shifts, ensuring food quality, safety, speed, and accuracy
- Set the tone for a positive, high-performing kitchen team
- Coach, train, and develop team members into future leaders
- Position team members effectively and adjust throughout the shift based on business needs
- Maintain Chick-fil-A standards for food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
- Lead with calmness, urgency, and clear communication during high-volume periods
- Hold team members accountable while building strong, trusting relationships
- Identify opportunities to improve kitchen systems, efficiency, and team performance
- Model Chick-fil-A East Dothan's values and leadership expectations
- Leave every shift better than you found it
- 2+ years of leadership experience (Required)
- Opening availability OR Closing availability, open availability preferred but not required
- Restaurant leadership experience is preferred but not required
- Desire to grow with Chick-fil-A long-term a bonus
