Chop, mix, portion, and prepare sauces, sides, and ingredients to exact recipes and specs. Label, date, and rotate product the right way, keep your area spotless, and set the line up to win before the doors open. Scratch cooking lives or dies on prep. Here, it lives.

This role is hands-on and high-energy. You’ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stockroom areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft.
