Cinemark seeks a Sushi Chef with a passion for culinary arts to prepare sushi, sashimi, and rolls in a guest-facing sushi bar. You will follow recipes, manage prep lists, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety while delivering a fun, engaging dining experience.
The position requires 18+, food-handling training, and often flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Prior sushi experience is preferred, with strong knife skills and the ability to communicate in English.
