Overview

Retail Display Installer – Technology. Travel up to 90 miles from home. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Work Monday–Friday; weekends not required.

• Install and update sales floor fixtures and endcaps.
• Perform build-outs, resets, and display repairs.
• Follow plan‑ograms and client directives.
• Use mobile applications to complete assignments.
• Maintain communication with management within 24 hours.
• Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Complete necessary forms and surveys at job sites.
• Maintain and update displays according to planograms/client requests.
• Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are functional.
• Participate in early morning installations, team installations, and provide solution feedback.
• Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission; report anomalies daily.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Complete training and certification programs.
• Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows.
• Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
• Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
• Collaborate within shared services team to ensure operational efficiencies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with team, clients, retailers, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and strong leadership.
• Ensure customer and client satisfaction per field KPIs.

Flexible availability Monday–Friday with occasional early morning, weekend, or holiday hours. Must maintain a minimum of 20 field‑work hours in a rolling 30‑day period.

• Hourly pay starting at $16.25, based on experience and location.
• Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay.
• Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.

• Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical: climb a ladder up to 10ft, lift up to 60lbs, kneel, crouch, bend, and reach overhead.
• Availability: flexible Monday–Friday; weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night availability as needed.
• Maintain minimum of 20 field‑work hours in a rolling 30‑day period.
• Effective communication via phone, text, and email; use smartphone for clock‑in/out, photo uploads, app downloads, and internet connectivity.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
• Preferred: installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram (POG) directives.
• Technology: own Android or Apple device; navigate communication platforms independently.
• Complete all training assignments within the required timeframe.
• Transportation: reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance; willing to travel up to 90miles per assignment.
• Leadership & communication: strong leadership, decision‑making, problem‑solving, professional communication, and presentation skills.
