• Greet customers, run register, cashier duties, and make purchase suggestions.
• Assist with food program as needed.
• Work throughout the store (inside and out) to maintain appearance standards and provide fast, friendly service.
• Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.

• Retail and customer service experience (sales associate or cashiering).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in career; willingness to learn and have fun.
• Good communication; friendly conversation; quick pace while working as part of a team; ability to suggest solutions; problem solving.

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift/carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift.
• Occasionally lift/carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds.
• Bend at waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, manipulate objects with hands; eye‑hand coordination; may require climbing ladder to store and retrieve materials or signs.
