- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashiering, sales, driver, or warehouse work is a plus; no inventory experience required if discipline is present.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
- Comfort with handheld scanners or counting tools.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Encouraged applications from candidates with no degree, returning to workforce, military experience.
- Access to reliable transportation.
This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk frequently, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, and adopt low‑level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching. The employee must also be able to use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs, and travel by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
