Position Overview

Max One Nutrition is looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Associate / Nutritional Coach. This role combines sales, customer service, and basic nutrition guidance to help customers achieve their health and fitness goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, supplements, and helping others live healthier lifestyles.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Provide product recommendations based on customers’ fitness and nutrition goals
• Educate customers on supplements, vitamins, and healthy lifestyle habits
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product displays
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Help promote in-store specials, events, and promotions
• Build relationships with repeat customers and create a positive store experience
• Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Interest in fitness, nutrition, health, or wellness
• Sales experience is preferred but not required
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Part-time position
• Approximately 18–27 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling based on store needs
