3300 S Oates St, Dothan, AL . Salary: $65,000 - $100,000 per year. Regular/ Permanent position.

Lead and develop a team of associates working in overnight stocking, ensuring efficient store operations, customer service excellence, and financial performance. Foster a culture of belonging, integrity, and continuous improvement across all business initiatives.

• Teach, train, and actively listen to associates; provide timely feedback during store tours.
• Communicate and collaborate with all levels to implement store operations, technology, merchandising, and company direction.
• Manage customer service initiatives, resolve complaints, and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
• Drive financial results by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensure effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes.
• Supervise associates: hire, train, mentor, assign duties, set expectations, recognize performance, and promote a belonging mindset.
• Coordinate job‑related activities, maintain stakeholder relationships, and measure progress toward goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and the Open Door Policy.
• Build high‑performing teams that respect individual differences and promote continuous learning.
• Attract and retain talent, empower associates, and support career progression.
• Serve customers and members, delivering results while prioritizing customer experience.
• Apply data‑driven decision making and balance short‑ and long‑term priorities.

• 2 years of college coursework; or 1 year of retail experience with 1 year of supervisory experience; or 2 years of general work experience with 1 year of supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms: completion of a firearms‑specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
• For facilities that sell ammunition and meet state requirements: possession of a current state‑issued Certificate of Eligibility.
• Completion of all job‑required trainings and assessments.

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership.
• Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports with responsibilities for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
