Greet, help, and thank customers to create a positive first and last impression;
Verify purchases and assist with returns to prevent loss;
Keep store entrances safe and secure;
Scan items, explain prices, bag items properly, and manage cash back;
Answer customer questions and assist with needs; be adaptable to assist associates across the store;
Maintain a clean, presentable area and collect carts from the parking lot; perform janitorial duties as needed;
Clean restrooms, salesfloor, and parking areas; operate equipment to move carts as required.
