Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise telephone customer service according to policy;
Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders and contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed;
Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and manage returns and exchanges;
Perform all opening/closing duties including money handling, deposits, and security checks
