We are seeking a polished, results-driven Sales Representative to join our high-end showroom. This role focuses on guiding clients through the selection of premium flooring, countertops, and tile for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate delivers a consultative, design-focused sales experience while managing projects from initial consultation through final installation with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

This position begins with a guaranteed base, transitioning to a commission-based structure with strong earning potential.

• Provide a consultative, high-touch sales experience for showroom clients
• Assist customers in selecting premium flooring, countertops, and tile solutions
• Generate accurate quotes and detailed project estimates
• Maintain organized project files and documentation
• Proactively follow up with clients to build relationships and close sales
• Oversee projects from sale through installation and final customer satisfaction

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
• Understanding of sales techniques and customer service best practices
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Basic math skills (measuring, calculations, and estimating)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

• Experience in flooring, interior design, construction, or high-end sales is preferred
