Area Sales Director
The Area Sales Director will support DSD (direct store delivery) sales and Independent Distributors (IDs) sales efforts. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, engaging in sales activities, growing the customer base, seeking new selling opportunities, and tracking sales data. The role works with a Market Vice President and the Sales Enablement team to analyze market and territory opportunities to maximize sales, utilizing consumer insights to adjust sales strategies.
Additionally, the Director will use digital tools to showcase execution wins and growth opportunities.
- Support DSD sales and Independent Distributors (IDs) initiatives.
- Manage customer relationships and drive sales activities.
- Grow the customer base and seek new selling opportunities.
- Track sales data and use consumer insights to adjust strategies.
- Collaborate with Market Vice President and Sales Enablement teams.
- Utilize digital tools for execution and growth.
- 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales, including roles as a sales representative or distributor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
60,000 - 70,000 annually.
