Account Manager

At Accurex, a division of the Greenheck Group, you will help drive innovation and growth as an Account Manager in our kitchen ventilation solutions business.

• Manage and develop an assigned sales territory to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with key customers using in‑depth knowledge of Greenheck products and CAPS software.
• Sell and promote Greenheck Group products, provide product quotes, and resolve customer issues.
• Collaborate with business unit team members on product questions, special design requests, and order status.
• Proactively identify and engage purchasing decision makers and deliver effective presentations to showcase product and service capabilities.
• Explore opportunities to increase sales of additional Greenheck products and promote facility/corporate visits.
• Attend trade shows, product shows, and industry functions to stay informed about market changes.
• Travel within the territory as needed and may engage in contract negotiations and provide technical assistance to consultants.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sales, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience (preferred).
• Professional background in mechanical engineering or outside sales.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar software (desired).
• Analytical ability and HVAC experience (desired).

Southern Alabama; based in any city within the territory with occasional travel.

Competitive base salary with commission structure. Total annual compensation range $80,000–$208,000. Benefits include health, financial security, learning, rewards, wellbeing, work‑life balance and additional perks.
