Area Sales Director – Responsible for supporting DSD (direct store delivery) sales and Independent Distributors (IDs) by managing customer relationships, engaging in sales activities, growing the customer base, identifying new selling opportunities, and tracking sales data.

• Support IDs' efforts to manage customer relationships and engage in sales activities.
• Grow customer base, seek new selling opportunities in the market, and track sales data.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with key accounts to ensure promotion and display execution.
• Use digital tools to report execution wins and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with Market Vice President and Sales Enablement team to analyze market and territory opportunities and adjust sales strategies using consumer insights.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales.
• Experience as a sales representative, distributor, or other sales position required.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000.
