OverviewWe are seeking a driven Mid‑Market Sales Executive to generate new business for a nationwide notary management platform that combines full‑service coverage with integrated Remote Online Notarization (RON) technology.
This is a high‑impact, quota‑carrying role focused on acquiring mid‑market clients across the real estate, mortgage, title, and legal sectors. The ideal candidate is a proven “hunter” who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is experienced in managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
Compensation & Benefits- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
- On‑target earnings (OTE): $120,000 – $180,000+

- Deliver compelling product demonstrations focused on efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
- 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in notary, signing services, title, mortgage, legal, or related industries.
- Proven track record of generating new business and exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience selling in competitive markets and handling objections effectively.
- Strong understanding of notary workflows, signing processes, or RON solutions.
- Self‑starter with a proactive, results‑driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple mid‑market deals ($10K–$100K+) simultaneously.
- Current or recent experience selling notary, signing, or RON solutions.
- Established relationships with title companies, lenders, or legal organizations.
- Experience selling nationwide or multi‑state service offerings.
