, a DH Pace Company, is seeking an experienced Outside Residential Sales Representative who will specialize in building relationships and selling door and door products to homeowners and builders in the Madison/Huntsville area.
- Promote line of products and services to potential customers daily.
- Make sales presentations that include product samples and design software.
- Meet with existing and prospective customers, assess their needs, and sell technical and mechanical goods and services.
- Build solid, long‑lasting relationships with general contractors and builders in an assigned territory.
- Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals.
- Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Two (2) years of outside selling experience to homeowners and general contractors.
- Mechanical aptitude (experience with blueprints/plans and specs highly desirable).
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with new customers.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must have excellent organizational, communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Other duties as assigned.
