Opportunity

BIFP is seeking a Sales Representative to help grow our steel distribution business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and working in a fast‑paced sales environment.

In this role, you will identify new opportunities, support customers in the construction and distribution markets, and build a long‑term book of business. Success comes from proactive outreach, strong customer service, and the ability to understand customer needs and deliver solutions.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and manage relationships with customers across the construction and distribution industries.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Support customers with product information, pricing, and order coordination.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on market trends, pricing dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Grow and maintain a profitable book of business.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in sales, distribution, or construction‑related industries preferred.
  • Background in steel, reinforcing products, or building materials is a plus.
  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to generating business.
  • Comfortable working in a performance‑driven sales environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly and operate independently.
