About the Role:

The Field Sales Representative plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by actively engaging with potential and existing customers across various regions within the United States. This position requires building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored product or service solutions. The representative will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and presenting to negotiating and closing deals.

Success in this role directly impacts the company’s market presence and customer satisfaction levels. Ultimately, the Field Sales Representative serves as the face of the company in the field, ensuring that sales targets are met while fostering long-term partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales or outside sales role.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel within assigned territories.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while meeting sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling in the specific industry relevant to the company’s products or services.
