Buffalo Rock is a beverage bottler serving Pepsi Co, Keurig Dr Pepper, and Buffalo Rock private label brands. The Delivery Merchandiser (DM) sells in, delivers, and merchandises products from the company’s portfolio.
Essential Functions- Service all assigned accounts according to Buffalo Rock standards and franchise policy for service frequency.
- Perform specific activities of the assigned route, including selling in new products, creating incremental displays, increasing merchandising space, and promotions.
- Develop and maintain positive professional customer relationships.
- Communicate all transshipping activity per company policy; visit weekly all transshipping accounts to pick up pallets, trays, etc.
- Take ownership of assigned accounts to ensure the group’s success.
- Notify the supervisor of new accounts and changes to existing accounts (ownership or closure).
- Complete all required paperwork according to policy and timelines.
- Monitor assigned accounts for CDA compliance.
- Communicate daily with supervisor on product shortages, returns, refused orders, changes to delivery orders, or account information.
- Achieve required percentages of Strategic Execution Objectives and account program key objectives.
- Rotate products in accordance with Buffalo Rock policy and procedures; remove damaged/out-of-date products on each visit.
- Ensure pallets, trays, and CO2 are picked up and documented properly.
- Assist management in reporting competitive activity and promoting core values.
- Follow all DOT regulations, company policy, and procedures for truck check-out/in and settlement processes.
- Work weekends, non-traditional hours, and holidays as needed.
- Attend all scheduled meetings requiring presence and participation.
- Adhere to customer policies for vendors/suppliers, including business conduct ethics and delivery/merchandising policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Exhibit high ethical and moral conduct at work and at off-site functions while representing Buffalo Rock.
- Engage in ongoing self-improvement through Buffalo Rock training; complete assigned training curricula.

- Must have a valid state driver license with a good driving record
- Must have a valid state Class A Commercial Driver License (where applicable)
- Must be DOT Certified (where applicable)
