Tru Team is part of Top Build Corp, a leading installer and distributor of energy-efficient insulation and building material services nationwide. We are looking for an Outside Sales Associate to drive growth in our insulation and building products distribution division.

Act as a business representative for our insulation and building products distribution division.

Build strong relationships and independently manage existing customers while prospecting new ones in your territory.

Present, negotiate, and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Process and review dealer orders and system-generated acknowledgements using computer skills.

Accept additional duties as assigned.

• Entrepreneurial and motivated to win.
• Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver's license for company vehicle use.
• 3-5 years successful outside sales experience.
• Preferable knowledge of general contractor and building industry.
• Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science a plus.
• Comprehension of construction drawings.

THIS IS A SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION.

Travel Requirements:
Flexibility to cover a territory up to a 250-mile radius and overnight stays up to 75% of the time.

Prolonged standing and repetitive motions (bending, stooping, pushing, pulling), good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. Lifting up to 50 pounds depending on job duties.

$30,000 - $250,000 (base salary within this range will vary based on relevant factors).
