Full‑Time Retail Sales Associate (Immediate Hire) at Walmart 604 – Dothan, AL 36303. Company: 2020 Companies, an outsourced sales & marketing partner for Walmart Wireless Sales Program.

• Work in the wireless services section, engaging customers about post‑paid/pre‑paid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans.
• Learn to uncover consumer desires, overcome objections, and provide tailored solutions.
• Foster professional relationships with customers and colleagues, welcoming customers and offering assistance.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and celebrate successes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable station/kiosk at all times.
• Accurately document and report sales transactions and maintain customer confidentiality.
• Report activity to Retail Operations and submit all required paperwork accurately.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
