Unarmed Security Officer (Security) – Dothan, AL, United States of America

Hourly rate: $18.00 per hour. Pay bi-weekly.
Weekend availability is required. Hours per week based on inmate census. PT shift  Fri and Sat.

• Must have one year or more of stable security experience.
• MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

• Ensuring all required tasks are completed correctly and professionally.
• Ensuring all policies and procedures regarding inmates are documented and followed as instructed.
• Ensure all documentation is noted correctly and legibly.
• Follow the company attendance policies and procedures.
• Hospital setting.
• 8-hour shifts.
• Supervising inmates receiving medical care/treatments.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Hours per week based on inmate census.

• Must have ASRB (Alabama State Regulatory Board) Guard Card.
• MUST be 21 years old.
• Must be neat in appearance, grooming, and hygiene.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background investigation.
• Must have reliable transportation and phone.
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ensures and enforces all laws, rules, and policies within scope of authority.
• Military and/or Law Enforcement experience preferred but not required.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or provide documentation allowing residency and authorization to work.
• Must provide a high level of customer service.
• Some basic computer knowledge.

• Security license (unarmed or armed).
• Guard card.
• Unarmed ASRB.
• Driver's license.

This is a full and part-time position covering 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts, weekends, and swing shift.
