Maintenance​/PAINTER​/DRY WALL TECH

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Facilities/Maintenance Technician (8:00 a.m.

- 4:30 p.m.) who must be at least 21 years of age to apply. The role will perform a variety of semi‑skilled tasks in routine upkeep, maintenance and repairs to the physical plant, building, and equipment.

Must have experience in the following areas:

• Painting – professional industrial/business
• Sheetrock/drywall repair
• Basic general experience in electrical, plumbing, and maintenance repair

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge and experience in carpentry, painting, masonry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, mechanics, and security
• One year experience in building maintenance and repair required
• One year experience in security preferred
