Trades ​/ Skilled Labor Helper, Installation Technician

Yates Construction is seeking Instrumentation Helpers to assist journeymen with the installation and assembly of electronic and pneumatic instrumentation systems across multiple states. These helpers will measure, cut, bend, and install tubing and cable tray systems while supporting safe and efficient industrial construction activities. The role is ideal for entry- to mid-level industrial workers looking to grow their instrumentation experience in heavy industrial environments.

• 0–36+ months of heavy industrial-related instrument experience (level dependent)

• Minimum 1 year industrial experience

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and documentation

• Personal hand tools per company minimum tool list

• Completion of required safety training (Confined Space, LOTO, Working at Heights)

• Ability to work in varying weather and elevation conditions

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

• Strong safety mindset

• 36+ months heavy industrial instrumentation experience

• Additional verified instrument certifications

• Experience operating lifts, cranes, or hydraulic pumping equipment
