As an Install Crew Member (Laborer), you'll be part of a team responsible for constructing and installing landscape and field projects at various job sites. This role is physically demanding and ideal for someone with a strong work ethic who's ready to learn and grow in the field.
Responsibilities- Assist in the installation and construction of landscape and athletic field projects under the direction of the Crew Leader
- Perform general labor tasks such as rolling fabric, shoveling and spreading stone, and moving materials across job sites
- Check grades and elevations to ensure proper leveling and drainage
- Assist with attaching nailer boards to concrete and securing materials in place
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate hand tools and small equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
- Travel out-of-town for projects, typically up to five days per week
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Report any issues or equipment malfunctions to the Crew Leader promptly
- Work as part of a team and assist with additional tasks as needed
- No prior experience required — training provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to travel regularly for out-of-town assignments
- Reliable transportation to the branch or designated meeting location
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
