TWC Services Inc. is hiring experienced Commercial HVAC/R Technicians to support our growing service team.

We are looking for strong commercial technicians with experience servicing HVAC and refrigeration systems in restaurants and commercial environments. This is a senior-level role for technicians who can work independently, troubleshoot confidently, and provide strong customer service in the field.

What You'll Work On:

* RTUs

* Walk-ins & freezers

* Reach-ins

* Ice machines

* Split systems

* Commercial refrigeration systems

Responsibilities:

* Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC/R equipment

* Perform preventative maintenance and service calls

* Handle customer-facing service work professionally

* Complete accurate service documentation

* Support and mentor junior technicians when needed

What We're Looking For:

* 5+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience

* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

* Experience working independently in the field

* EPA Certification preferred

* Valid driver's license

* Experience in restaurant or commercial service environments preferred

Preferred Experience:

* Refrigeration controls

* Restaurant environments

* Hot side exposure is a plus

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for technicians who are comfortable handling service calls independently and providing high-quality service to commercial customers.
