Chiller Technicians to invest in their careers!

$2500 after successful completion of 90 days, and an additional $2500 after 1 year of service!

YOU could be who we’re looking for!

• 10+ years experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining diverse HVAC Chiller service issues preferred
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed customer expectations
• Ability to work independently, making sure the job is done correctly the first time
• Well-groomed, neat appearance; valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must be able to pass a background check and drug test

• Maintain and repair chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and heating, ventilation, and cooling units for both commercial and industrial customers.
• Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate the system to manufacturers’ recommendations, and effectively explain to the customer the solutions.
• High-level attention to detail in documenting work performed.
• Communicate to dispatch, parts procurement, supervisors, and managers, as needed, to keep the company and customers informed about work progress.
• Be available to work limited nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service the emergency needs of our customers.
• Participate in company-provided training opportunities on the latest industry technologies.
