We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. The Millwright will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and dismantling machinery and equipment in industrial settings. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, precision, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school certification or apprenticeship preferred.
• Proven experience as a Millwright – minimum 5 years experience in craft.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions.
• Must be able to work at heights.
• Must pass drug test, physical fitness test, and EVerify background check.

• Install, assemble, and align machinery and equipment according to specifications.
• Maintain and repair machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues.
• Dismantle machinery and equipment for repair or transportation.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating parts, cleaning, and adjusting equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Journeyman rate with minimum 5 years verifiable experience is $30.00 per hour and per diem is paid at a "days worked" rate of $125.00 per day – subject to a minimum of 8 hours worked.
