Maintenance​/PAINTER​/DRY WALL TECH

Responsibilities

The Facilities/Maintenance Technician will perform a variety of semi-skilled tasks in the routine upkeep, maintenance and repairs to physical plant, building, and equipment.

• Position:
  Facilities/Maintenance Technician (8:00 a.m.
  
  - 4:30 p.m.)
• Perform routine upkeep, maintenance and repairs to the physical plant, building and equipment
• Must have experience in the following areas: painting (professional industrial/business), sheetrock/drywall repair, basic general experience in electrical, plumbing, and maintenance repair

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge and experience in carpentry, painting, masonry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, mechanics, security
• One year experience in building maintenance and repair required
• One year experience in security preferred
