Maintenance Technician — Multiskilled Repair & On-Call

Technician I - Maintenance

This position will be based in Webb, Al

Monday - Thursday 7am - 5:30pm with an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures
• Will inspect facilities, equipment and systems to identify any issues
• Will repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures
• Position will require general carpentry and electrical skills
• Will require travel within a 5 county catchment area

• HS Diploma/GED
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electricity, carpentry, and mechanics
• Capable of operating industrial equipment, machinery, physical ability to handle heavy materials or equipment
• Must have a good motor vehicle record with a valid driver license
• Must meet insurability requirements to drive a system vehicle (21 years of age).
• Will be subject to a pre-employment background check and drug screen

• HVAC Certification
