Yates Construction is seeking Scaffold Helpers for various locations. These individuals will assist Scaffold Builders in assembling and dismantling scaffolding and related structures for industrial and commercial projects. The ideal candidates are safety-conscious, able to work at heights, and have experience or interest in heavy industrial environments.

• 0-36+ months of heavy industrial-related scaffold experience (all levels considered)
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and documentation
• Personal hand tools as per Yates Industrial Minimum Tool List
• Successful completion of required safety training (Confined Space, LOTO, Working at Heights)
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and at varying elevations
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand, walk, bend, squat, climb, and perform manual tasks
• Required to wear and maintain personal PPE and safety harnesses when working at 4’ or above

• Other verified experiences or certifications with scaffold experience
