Full-time, 40 hours per week - Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Every 3rd weekend rotation
- No on‑call requirement
Performs routine repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities. Assists with complex and non‑routine maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities- Perform repairs according to work orders or verbal instructions and compile proper documentation following established policies and procedures.
- Identify and request parts and components needed to complete tasks.
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs including changing light bulbs, replacing ballasts, and installing light fixtures.
- Perform basic carpentry and assist with minor construction projects including installation and repair of drywall, walls, flooring, ceramic tile, cabinetry, countertops, shelving, and painting.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including debris/trash removal, heavy lifting/moving of materials and equipment, floor‑sweeping, and material storage.
- Enter work orders, document tasks, and close work orders in the electronic record‑keeping system.
- Research products and solutions to problems.
- Work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- One year of experience.
- Constant standing and walking.
- Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
- Frequent reaching, gripping and keyboard use/data entry.
- Frequent use of vision for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more).
- Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication.
- Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
- Occasional bending, stooping, climbing, crawling, kneeling, sitting, squatting, twisting, and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
- Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
- Occasional use of vision to judge distances and spatial relationships and to identify and distinguish colors.
- Rare use of smell to detect/recognize odors.
- Rare driving.
