Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair DDC control systems associated with HVAC equipment (VAV boxes, air handling units, pumps, and related control devices) Respond to service calls for both contracted service customers and installed-project clients Identify control-related issues involving sensors, controllers, actuators, networks, and programming logic Navigate and support systems using the Niagara Framework (N4) Perform point-to-point verification, controller replacement, and minor programming modifications Identify additional service opportunities and communicate recommendations to customers and internal teams Accurately document all service activities and resolutions Support long-term system reliability and overall customer satisfaction
