Hagler Heating and Cooling is hiring a Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our established team in Ozark. This is an opportunity for an experienced technician to diagnose problems, perform quality repairs, and build lasting relationships with homeowners-all while having the equipment, training, and support to do the job right.

You’ll travel to residential customers' homes to diagnose HVAC issues, complete repairs, and help homeowners understand the best solutions for their systems. You’ll be expected to combine strong technical ability with professional, customer-focused service.
Responsibilities include:- Diagnose and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems
- Perform system inspections and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot equipment and determine effective repair solutions
- Explain findings, repair options, and replacement recommendations clearly to homeowners
- Provide professional and courteous service on every call
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Follow established safety procedures and quality standards
- Continue developing your technical knowledge through training and education
