A rigorous and high-impact position has arisen for an Electrical Lead to join to join a leading owner's engineering and project delivery organization.

In this role, you will be based full-time on site in Perry County, AL, reporting closely to the Site Manager / OE staff to oversee the complete installation, testing, and commissioning of all PV electrical systems, including DC systems, MV collection, inverters, and HV substation equipment.

• Bring 6+ years of specialized electrical construction experience on utility-scale solar projects, alongside a strong technical grasp of MV collection systems and substation equipment.
• Possess hands‑on experience witnessing electrical testing and commissioning activities across complex PV systems.
• Demonstrate deep working knowledge of relevant electrical codes and standards, including NEC, IEEE, and OEM guidelines.
• Thoroughly inspect DC cabling, combiner boxes, and inverter installations to maintain field quality.
• Diligently track electrical Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs), produce detailed inspection reports, and coordinate daily with EPC electrical teams to keep work moving safely and on schedule.
