Residential HVAC Installer
Up to $21/Hour + Spiffs | Company Vehicle | Ozark, AL
Full-Time, Monday–Friday, with occasional Overtime
Hagler Heating and Cooling is hiring a Residential HVAC Installation Technician to join our team in Ozark, AL. If you have hands-on installation experience and take pride in clean, reliable workmanship, this is an opportunity to grow with an established local company.
Since 2000, we've been providing homeowners throughout the Ozark area with residential heating, cooling, and indoor air quality services. We believe in doing the job correctly, treating customers with respect, and giving our technicians the training and resources to succeed.
What You'll Be Doing- Install residential HVAC equipment and related components
- Complete installations according to company standards and manufacturer specifications
- Assist with equipment replacement and system upgrades
- Work with installation team members to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
- Communicate professionally with homeowners during installations
- Explain basic equipment operation and answer customer questions
- Follow safety procedures and established installation practices
- Complete required documentation and job details
- Continue developing technical skills through company training
- 2+ years of HVAC installation experience or comparable education and experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- EPA Universal Certification
, or ability to obtain within 6 months - Experience working with residential heating and cooling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work as part of a team
- Willingness to participate in technical training and continuing education
HVAC trade school or formal technical training is a plus.
