Position: Case Manager
- Supportive Housing
Location: Dothan, AL
Job : 374-01
# of Openings: 1
Shift: Tuesday-Saturday 12:00pm-8:00pm
Responsibilities- The Case Manager will provide services to consumers in our supportive housing program.
- Provide transportation for consumers as needed.
- Teach basic living skills.
- Assist consumers in accessing appropriate community resources as needed.
- Updating client records using an electronic clinical record system.
- BS Degree in Psychology, Social Work or other Human Services related field.
- Must have an excellent driving record free from any DUI/Reckless driving conviction for the previous (3) years. Will be subject to initial and ongoing MVR.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Must be willing to complete Case Management Training through the Alabama Department of Mental Health and obtain certification.
- Previous case management experience is preferred but not required.
