Pay Range: $18.45 - $22.51 / Part‑time, 20 hours per week – Solomon Heights, 41 units in Queensbury, NY.

Responsibilities
  • Advocate, organize, problem‑solve, and deliver measurable results for residents.
  • Coordinate programs and activities for residents.
  • Serve as liaison to community agencies, network and source new services.
  • Identify low‑cost service providers and negotiate discounts.
  • Engage residents to identify need areas and refer them to agencies.
  • Develop and maintain a resource directory of state and local providers.
  • Sponsor educational events on health‑care, agency support, life skills and referral sources.
  • Provide quality customer service, address concerns, and assist with basic needs.
  • Assist residents in acquiring community services such as housekeeping, meals, transportation, personal services, financial assistance, day‑care counseling.
  • Monitor, document, and relay feedback or concerns from residents and families.
  • Manage relationships, internally and externally, using appropriate communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in social work or related field preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience providing social services to the elderly and/or family populations preferred.
  • Working knowledge of supportive services and local community resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to advocate, organize, problem‑solve, and deliver measurable results for residents.
