The Cart Delivery Driver operates a company pickup truck and a 22‑foot straight truck (stake body) with an automatic liftgate. In this entry‑level, non‑CDL driving role you will be responsible for loading, delivering, collecting, repairing, and unloading residential roll carts at customer locations.

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
• Operate vehicle in accordance with OSHA and DOT requirements, as well as all local, municipal, state, and federal laws.
• Perform pre‑and post‑trip inspections of assigned equipment and document checks on standard DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report).
• Immediately report any unsafe situations or service‑related issues to the route manager or Dispatch.
• Participate in all scheduled training programs, briefings, and meetings required by Live Oak Environmental or the Route Manager.
• Work closely with Route Managers to improve route efficiencies and identify best practices.
• Notify the Route Manager of any incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage.
• Notify Route Manager or Dispatch of service interruptions, including blocked containers, closed lots, street, alleyways, or potential safety hazards.
• Communicate customer requests to the Route Manager or Dispatch.
• Frequently enter and exit both the cab and trailer to manually/physically deliver new empty roll carts and collect material‑loaded roll carts weighing in excess of 65 pounds.
• Work daily with the routing team and dispatchers to ensure efficient sequential orders for delivery and removals.
• Work daily with the local on‑site cart maintenance team to ensure proper cart inventory needs.
• Complete and submit customer tickets as required, using on‑board computer technology.
• Complete basic field service repairs on carts, such as lid swaps and axle/wheel repairs.
• Complete site evaluations to ensure locations are conducive for safe and proper servicing.
• Deliver carts on the customer’s property in a manner that ensures safe and easy recovery by the customer.
• Follow route assignments as directed and complete end‑of‑day documentation and the check‑out process.
• Perform all duties as scheduled by the Route Manager or Dispatch and assist other drivers as directed to meet customer needs.

• Hold a current Driver’s License.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

• Successfully complete and pass a pre‑employment DOT drug screen and background check.
