18 Wheels USA is seeking dedicated Class A CDL Truck Drivers to join our expanding W2 team for Over-the-Road, Regional, and Dedicated routes. Our operations are concentrated East of the I-35, providing consistent freight and dependable miles. We offer a supportive environment for seasoned CDL A drivers and a comprehensive paid training program (around 4-5 weeks) for recent CDL school graduates with at least 120 hours of instruction .

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally operate Class A tractor-trailers in compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety protocols.

• Haul dry van loads primarily throughout the Eastern United States (East of Mississippi river), featuring no-touch, drop and hook freight.

• Accurately maintain electronic logs (ELDs), trip documentation, and vehicle inspection reports (DVIRs).

• Maintain clear communication with dispatch, customers, and fellow team members.

• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of tractor and trailer units.

• Uphold all company policies and safety standards.

Driver Qualifications

• Must-Haves:

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL
    
    A).

  • TRAINEES : Completion of a CDL school program with a minimum of 120 hours of training is required.

  • Experienced :
    We consider drivers with 3+ months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience as experienced.

  • A clean driving record (MVR) and a commitment to safety.

  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening.
