Job Summary

Retail Inventory Associate – Driver. The role involves transporting team members to inventory events, maintaining accurate inventory counts, and supporting the retail inventory process while ensuring safety and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities
  • Safely transport team members to and from inventory events, adhering to traffic laws and driver safety requirements.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
  • Count and record inventory with precision, ensuring accuracy.
  • Follow a consistent workflow and playbook for success.
  • Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
  • Meet daily performance goals and celebrate when performance is exceeded.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old to qualify as a van driver; at least 18 years old for a personal vehicle driver.
  • Valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
  • A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including very early mornings and/or late nights.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts.
  • Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools, with strong focus and attention to detail.
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency, plus a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
  • Access to reliable transportation and willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigation, screening, and MVR check in accordance with company standards.

Working Conditions
