Job Title: Production Operator / CDL A Driver

Location: Theodore, AL – filling industrial

• Assist with cylinder requalification, filling, and repair process under guidance of material handling equipment.
• Move industrial gas cylinders within the plant and support loading/unloading from delivery trucks.
• Operate company‑provided Tractor Trailer, microbulk truck, and CDL B truck to deliver compressed gas cylinders to local and regional business customers.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety.
• Work with forklift to move materials.
• Load and unload truck daily with gas cylinders and supplies.
• Nurture courteous and professional relationships with customers.
• Ensure deliveries are made in a timely manner.
• Safely secure and unstrap cylinders for transport.
• Make deliveries on customer property sites using hand cart; physically active role throughout the day.
• Frequently exit vehicle as part of routine.

• Valid Class A CDL with HAZMAT and Airbrake endorsements (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
• Maintain appropriate driver’s license, medical card & endorsements.
• No more than two traffic convictions or a combination of one conviction and one at‑fault accident in last three years.
• No driving while under influence of alcohol or controlled substance within last seven years.
• Must be able to work in drug‑free environment.
• Ability to regularly lift 75 lbs and move more than 125 lbs with aid of material handling equipment.
• At least 1 year of CDL driving experience in last 5 years or proof of trucking school completion within last 12 months.
