Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer

Overview

Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer ponsible for fueling, washing, and ensuring vehicles are safe and ready before they leave. Acts as the first point of contact for customers, delivering a positive experience.

• Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience during fueling and washing.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections, ensuring tires, fluids, and basic maintenance items are complete.
• Maintain clean, safe facilities for customers and associates.
• Build skills through training and coaching, performing minor repairs such as mounting or rotating tires and preventive maintenance.
• Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent, or prior work experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Team player with ability to work outdoors.
• Basic mechanical and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance with DOT, OSHA, and Penske safety and maintenance policies.
• Full attendance required.
• Ability to maintain driver qualification file (MVR, DOT Physical, Safety Performance History, drug screening).
• Willingness to work required schedule, location, background screening, drug screen, physical, and potential local travel for training.

• Move frequently, stand, walk, climb, bend, sit for extended periods.
• Use hands to grasp, reach, handle tools or controls.
• Work safely at heights using ladders and platforms.
• Work safely in all weather conditions.
• See and hear to navigate workplace safely.
• Regularly lift up to 50 lbs/23 kg and occasionally up to 100 lbs/45 kg. Push/pull truck tires exceeding 100 lbs.

Pay: $19.00/HR
