Position

Courier – Dothan, AL

Monday – Friday, 8:30pm – 5:00am

• Load suppliers needed for daily pickups.
• Complete pickup schedule in a timely manner.
• Deliver daily picks to branch at end of shift.
• Handle specimens and lab samples safely and efficiently.
• Operate company vehicle safely and obey traffic laws.
• Use handheld electronic device to manage pickups.
• Work with dispatcher for additional pickups.
• Evaluate traffic, routes, weather conditions as needed.

• No education or experience required.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year driver or courier experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• At least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

• Punctual with strong time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Problem‑solving ability for customer issues.

Employees scheduled 20+ hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), PTO/FTO, Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees scheduled less than 20 hours or Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan. Employees on a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible for all benefits except PTO or FTO.
