Non CDL Driver - 1st Shift

Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer‑focused driver who can operate a box truck (26 feet) across the Dothan, AL area. You will be collecting sharps and medical waste containers from our healthcare customer locations and delivering a high level of customer service daily.

Location:

210 Speigner St., Dothan, AL 36303.

• Operate a 26 ft box truck safely.
• Safely collect, deliver, and store medical waste containers at customer locations.
• Provide strong customer service and build positive customer relationships.
• Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate any changes clearly.
• Load, unload, and organize your truck according to schedule needs.
• Comply with DOT regulations, log hours, and perform roadside inspections.
• Pushing/pulling a four‑wheeled cart that weighs as much as 200 lbs.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of delivery experience within a 26‑foot box truck and hold a valid DOT medical card.
• Have experience with pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle evaluations.
• Have experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections.
• Maintain a can‑do attitude with a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate proven longevity in past employment.
• Have touch freight experience.
