Description

Our Service and Delivery Drivers deliver products to customers with professionalism and safety using company vehicles. They also maintain general maintenance and organization of inventory within the warehouse.

• Operate company vehicles safely, efficiently, and courteously in accordance with TBC policies.
• Pick, stage, and load trucks as requested.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and hours of service requirements.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures.
• Follow pre‑determined route sequencing when delivering tires and equipment.
• Handle cash or check (COD) securely per company policy.
• Keep vehicle and work area clean, safe, and secure.
• Provide excellent customer service reflecting People‑Focused values.
• Wear clean, laundered uniform provided by NTW.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested or needed.

• Safety‑first mentality.
• 1+ years of delivery or box‑truck experience preferred.
• 1+ year with no at‑fault accidents.
• Clean motor vehicle record.
• Current driver’s license appropriate for the vehicles driven.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT certificate while operating an NTW vehicle.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb repeatedly and occasionally lift over 50 lb.
• Complete driver vehicle inspection reports per company policy and DOT regulations.
• Abide by all federal, state, and local laws.
