- Regional Plus - 5-7 days out (Southeast and Midwest regions)

- Average $1,400-$2,000 weekly and 2500+ miles per week

Company Truck Driver
- Pay: $78,000 - $96,000 per year (Depending on Location)
- Earn $0.60 - $0.73 CPM
- Sign On Bonus Available!
- Multiple home time opportunities
- Home weekly or 12 days out / 3 days home - Average age of equipment is 1 year and 2 months
Lease Purchase Opportunities
- Pay:
Up to $93,600 Per Year Average Take Home
- Depending on Location - CPM: $1.30 - $1.45 / mi + FSC
- Depending on Location - Multiple Term Options Available
- Ranging from 1 - 4 years
- Lease terms will be based upon the model, year, and mileage of the truck.
- Lease Payments - $649+ per week

Minimum Requirements
- Must have valid Class A CDL
- Must be 23 years of age or older (21 years if prior military)
- Minimum of 6 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 12 months or 12+ Months Experience in Last 2 Years
- Must meet FMCSA/DOT driver regulations
- Hazmat positions available

Hatchery Egg Driver
At Pilgrim's, Safety Is A Condition, which means the safety of our team members comes first - always.
The Egg Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transport of eggs from the company hatcheries, ensuring timely delivery and pickup. This role operates and maintains commercial hauling equipment, follows established delivery schedules, and upholds company standards for safety, quality, and reliability. The driver collaborates closely with hatchery personnel, live production teams, and farm staff to ensure accurate delivery, proper documentation, and effective communication.
By adhering to transportation regulations, biosecurity protocols, and company policies, the Egg Driver plays a vital role in supporting operational continuity, bird health, and the overall success of Pilgrim's supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct equipment inspections following company guidelines and report issues to the Supervisor.
