Industrial Warehouse Associate - Entry Level

Ferguson, a Fortune 500 company, is looking for an entry‑level Warehouse Associate to join our team.

Schedule: Monday‑Friday 7am‑4pm

Pay starts at $19 and could be more based on experience. Pay Range: $15.30 – $22.24

As a Warehouse Associate you will:

• Safely operate a stand‑up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Maintain a clean workspace and help keep the facility clean, safe, and accident free.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including the use of PPE such as a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Qualifications:

• 0‑3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management (preferred).
• Prior forklift experience (preferred).
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self‑starter able to learn our systems quickly.
• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
