• Making sure all services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner
• Quality control of services performed using customized scorecards
• Ensure accurate tracking and ordering of client consumables inventory
• Professionally communicate effectively with team members, upper management, and customers
• Effectively resolve conflict
• Take direction and adapt to changing priorities
• Perform additional duties as needed to meet job requirements on time

• Ability to manage effectively with good communication and people skills, a positive and outgoing attitude, problem‑solving ability, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Must be over the age of 21 with a valid Driver’s License.
