Warehouse Lead

Job Summary

Summertown Metals is seeking a Warehouse Lead to take full ownership of our warehouse operations. This role is responsible for inventory control, organization, and job staging accuracy.

We are looking for someone who can build structure, enforce standards, and run a clean, controlled warehouse.

• Oversee all warehouse operations: receiving, inventory, and staging.
• Verify, label, and organize incoming materials.
• Manage and protect job‑specific materials to ensure accuracy.
• Pull and stage materials for jobs ahead of schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse layout.
• Enforce warehouse processes and material control.
• Lead and support warehouse team members.

• Previous warehouse, inventory, or operations experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to follow and enforce structured processes.
• Forklift experience preferred.

• Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
• Takes ownership and follows through.
• Comfortable holding standards and addressing issues.
• Works well in a fast‑paced, team environment.
